The first four country case studies on legal gender reform, part of a John Templeton Foundation project grant (ID 62616), have been published as FMG discussion papers. The project seeks to understand the link between legal change and improvements in economic and social outcomes. The aim of the project is to build a library of a dozen case studies that collectively paint a detailed picture of the factors that determine impactful reform. You can access the papers below:
