Currently Shanzeh leads strategy & growth at the 100x Impact Accelerator, a philanthropic initiative in partnership with the London School of Economics, with a mission to support the world’s most inspiring social ventures to scale their impact. 100x bring together world class resources, insights and expertise from the LSE alongside impact investment capital and networks to support social ventures from around the world on their scaling journey. Prior to 100x, Shanzeh led a Gender & Reproductive Health investment portfolio at the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF), and managed maternal, adolescent & child health nutrition programmes at the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition. Shanzeh completed her MBA at the University of Oxford, Said Business School, and is a Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship Impact Lab graduate. 

Juanita González-Uribe is Associate Professor in Finance at the London School of Economics. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship, private equity and innovation. Her work spans different regions including Latin America, the UK, and the USA.
